Mountain undertakes to resolve any technical issues with your hardware within 72 hours from arrival at our facilities. If your hardware problem will take longer than 72 hours to resolve, Mountain will send a replacement system to your address at no additional cost.

When come first year from order, please, contact us for book a date for your maintenance. Process has this items: - Internal hard cleaning for removing dirt allow overheating - External cleaning - Thermal paste changing for perfect cooling - Wiring / connection check - Windows Re-instalation (if it's necessary) - Preventive stress proof - Collect and delivery in your office/home

This includes "Preventive maintenance - Fine tunning - first year (Desktops)" service and a second fine tunning when come 22 months from order (before warranty espired)

During third year from order, with computer out of warranty, this service includes check, diagnosis and repair (only includes technical service. Doesn't includes new hardware components. They will be budgeted. Includes collect and delivery in your office/home and replacement computer if repair takes more than a week
