The delivery of your new Mountain in the best hands
All our computers come with a specialised support service to resolve hardware issues and a two-year on-site service warranty (collection, repair and delivery).
We offer an extended warranty covering the third to the fifth year after you buy your computer. MOUNTAIN gives you peace of mind at work.
We believe in open architecture.
You can upgrade your own computer under warranty provided you notify MOUNTAIN after sales of the work you are going to do. The warranty will still be valid.
You will receive support from technicians who helped to manufacture the computer and staff employed directly by MOUNTAIN who work at our headquarters.
Remember, the warranty covers your hardware, but does not cover software issues or the customer's personal settings, because these are determined exclusively by the client's own environment. If you have a problem with your software or operating system, you should contact the company that created your software or operating system.
IMPORTANT: you need the serial number of your computer when you call or email us.
1. In the MOUNTAIN user manual, on the third page.
2. On a white sticker on the back of the computer if it is a laptop and on the bottom if it is a laptop.
Otherwise, we will not be able to serve you correctly, because we need this information to manage any incidents correctly. The serial number is S/N:0000027208, for example.
